Team Talent
Our forte, each TEAM member qualified and equipped with "hands on experience" acquired during their tenure working for internationally accredited Consultants & System Designers & Integration companies based in UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific region.
Heading the R&D and System Engineering are two veterans with each having 40+ years in this industry. As a Team, we have pioneered several first in our region and have pave the way of introducing many new technological concepts throughout the region.
With an amalgamation of international network of expertise and in house engineers.Team 108 have the network of experienced engineers to consolidate every facet of engineering skills to undertake all aspect of scope of work pertaining to Engineering for THE ARTS.

Team Resources
Originally, senior members of Team 108 started in Singapore as expats returning to Asia Pacific region as Project Managers during their tenure with foreign based Consultant firms, engaged by foreign investors in the early 80's introducing several first of it's kind projects in our region.
The success of this foreign investors mooted local entrepreneurs and facilities owners to take notice of the technological concepts, efficiency and ultimately it's all well received by the owners of project undertaken by us.This mooted us to stay behind as Consultants to undertake projects that other existing local based companies were unable to deliver.In 1984, through the persistence of satisfied customers. We were convinced to stay in this region and decided to consolidate our varying expertise and extensive world wide contacts to officially form Team 108
